Paree at a glance
There's not much I can say about the enchanting city of Paree that hasn't already been said. Although I believe it's worth mentioning that it was every bit as magical as I imagined it would be, if not more. Photographs don't quite do it justice.
We only had one day to explore the city and it was a hectic one. We wanted to hit all the major monuments and sights, have a true Parisian dinner and catch Miss Eiffel in all her shimmering glory after nightfall. Fortunately, Rosie and I latched onto these two Americans, Kevin and Kenneth, that knew what they were doing and we did all we anticipated, made some pretty great friends and memories, and managed to squeeze in a bit of designer shopping too (well, window shopping for us).
In the midst of all the hustle, Kevin said something I won't forget: "when you find that person and you've made it work for a long time, don't let them go." We were sitting in this high-end designer store and for the life of me, I don't know how we reached that topic but I just thought it was very fitting to hear something like that, we were in the city of love after all.

In most areas around Paree, you are able to catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower but this was definitely one of my favourite.
